PARANÓIC, -Ă adj., s.m. şi f. (Suferind) de paranoia. ♢ Psihopatie paranoică = psihopatie la care predomină tendinţa patologică spre formarea de idei dominante şi prevalente, întreţinute de emoţii puternice; psihopatie paranoidă; psihoză paranoică = psihoză care apare de obicei la indivizii cu tendinţă spre supraaprecierea propriei persoane, neîncredere, egocentrism sau la psihopaţii paranoici.
