LAZÁNĂ, lazane, s.f. (În special la pl.) Paste făinoase specific italiene, în formă de fâşii late, preparate în straturi intercalate cu tocătură de carne sau alte ingrediente (fructe de mare, ciuperci, roşii, brânză etc.), acoperite cu beşamel sau sos tomat şi gratinate. – Din it. lasagna, lasagne.
