Sistem de organizare a muncii şi de salarizare, care urmăreşte să stoarcă cât mai multă plusvaloare pe baza sporirii maxime a intensităţii muncii prin divizarea extremă a muncii pe operaţii organizate în flux continuu, pe bandă rulantă.
