costándă (costánde), s.f. – Monedă veche de argint, care valora în prima parte a sec. XVII a cincea parte dintr-un ducat. ngr. ϰωνσταντινάτο (DAR). Este dublet de la constantinat sau co(n)standinat, s.m. (monedă veche de aur, cu efigia lui Constantin cel Mare, care se găsea destul de frecvent în tezaurele din bazinul Dunării; sau, în general, monedă bizantină de aur). cf. cosînzeană (cosânzeană).
