BLANQUÍSM s.n. Curent comunist utopic, apărut în Franţa în sec. XIX, care, pe plan teoretic, propaga ideea greşită a înfăptuirii revoluţiei pe calea comploturilor unor grupuri restrânse, neînţelegând necesitatea antrenării maselor largi la lupta revoluţionară. ♦ Teorie şi tactică complotistă în lupta revoluţionară.
