SETÓN s.n. Rană superficială provocată de o armă albă sau de un glonte, care afectează numai pielea. [< fr. séton].

setón, setoáne, s.n. (înv.) meşă de vată, de tifon, de pânză etc. care se utiliza în diferite forme de ulceraţii (mai ales la animale), pentru a obţine o drenare continuă; procedeu terapeutic care consta în folosirea unei asemenea meşe.
