MASTICATÓR, -OÁRE, masticatori, -oare, adj., s.n. 1. adj. Care serveşte la masticaţie, care se referă la masticaţie. ♢ Muşchi masticator = fiecare dintre muşchii situaţi între cele două maxilare, care pun în mişcare falca inferioară. 2. s.n. Maşină cu ajutorul căreia se efectuează operaţia de amestecare şi fărâmiţare a cauciucului natural brut. – Din fr. masticateur.
