trapéză (-ze), s.f. – Sufragerie a unei mănăstiri. Mgr. τραπέζα "masă" prin intermediul sl. trapeza (Murnu, 57; cf. Vasmer, gr., 143), cf. bg. tărpez, sb. trpeza. Este dubletul lui trapez, s.n., din fr. trapèze. – Der. trapezare, s.f. (refectoriu), din mgr. τραπεζαρεïον, cf. sl. trapezarĭ (Conev 108); trapezărie, s.f. (refectoriu), cu suf. -ie; trapezar(iu), s.m. (persoană care pune masa într-o trapeză).
